This store has finally introduced a cashless payment machine, making it even more convenient to use. The taste and customer service are of course the same as always.

In this day and age, when family restaurants are no longer open 24 hours a day, having a ramen restaurant open 24 hours a day is truly a feat. Although it is on the street with the most restaurants in Ogaki (Gourmet Road?), this and the beef bowl restaurants are the only ones open 24 hours. The store has been reopened and is beautiful...is it clean? Yes, it is particularly clean among the Yamaoka family, but even though it just opened in 2021, there is a greasy feeling in some places inside the store. The air conditioner is not very effective. Yamaoka's hot soup has oil floating in it, so I want the inside of the restaurant to be kept somewhat cool. Ordering is done through ticket vending machines at the entrance, but it's nice that there are two machines so you don't have to worry too much about the customers behind you even if you're worried. The taste is based on Yokohama Iekei Ramen, but the soup is slightly closer to Sapporo Ramen. However, it's extremely dark. Without white rice, the soup would be too thick and you might not be able to make it halfway through. Almost no one eats (completely drinks) the soup. You can choose the hardness of the noodles, the amount of oil, and the intensity of the flavor from three levels. The noodles are thick and firmer than regular noodles. Although the taste is normal, it is quite strong, so please consult your physical condition. If you use too much oil, the piping hot soup will be covered with a thick film of fat, which will keep it from cooling down forever and make it really piping hot. (※Unlike the family, it doesn't seem to be chicken oil) It's annoying that water is self-service even though it's a restaurant that serves such hot and thick soup. The number of people eating out, especially late at night, has decreased dramatically due to the coronavirus, but I hope they continue to do their best.
