Second time for Viet Cong Ramen 😋 Last time I went to Kagaku-san, but I thought Eito-san would be better than waiting for an hour. I had soy sauce Viet Cong and miso ramen, and both were delicious, as were the fried chicken and dumplings. I want to eat it again when I go to Gifu! However, it's hot inside the store, so a towel is a must, and I wish the inside of the store was a little cooler💦

This restaurant is famous for its Viet Cong ramen. I ordered the miso Viet Cong ramen recommended by the staff. (Most of the people who came to the store ordered miso Viet Cong. I think the female customers also had a high rate of salt Viet Cong.) Miso Viet Cong, cooked in a wok, has a spicy taste based on red miso. Perhaps because they are targeting female customers, the amount of vegetables and garlic is modest compared to the established Viet Cong restaurants nearby. The medium-thick curly noodles are chewy and go great with the crunchy bean sprouts! It was impressive to see that the staff and customers knew each other and had friendly conversations. There are many repeat customers, which is probably proof that it is a thriving store. Next time I will come to eat the salted Viet Cong. Thank you for the meal!

First visit to coincide with my wife's return to her hometown ^ ^ I had a large serving of salted Viet Cong ramen, fried chicken, and dumplings♪ Viet Cong is milder than Hag Le, and I feel like I want to eat it every day. I want it in my neighborhood... The fried chicken is also really delicious! The spices on the table will further whet your appetite. One person can eat about 8 pieces lol If I come to Gifu, I will definitely visit you again!
