I love the December special menu Oshio kotaro. It’s free to increase the pork fat,vegetables and garlic,so I did. The pork fat doesn’t taste greasy at all.The chewy noodles are just right for my taste. It’s delicious!

Normal price, not expensive. But, it’s quite hard to go here on foot... and, it would very dark around here at night, please be careful...

Ramen Nikko is said to be the No. 1 ramen restaurant in Shiga Prefecture. It also has the feel of a famous local restaurant. Customers are coming in one after another. Is this a store you want to visit with plenty of time? My target is “Kokuni Black” (900 yen). This Kokuni Black is a new local ramen in Shiga, and it is a black ramen that is starting to shine as one of the black ramen in the country. Kokuni Black is black ramen with tamari soy sauce and back fat. This ramen has a strong taste of soy sauce and backfat, and is loaded with chili peppers and fried garlic. It's junk. For the noodles, I used noodles from Menya Soen, which turned into really nice medium-thick, curly noodles that really got me excited. There are many other menu items, so I would like to come again. Yes, I thought, "I definitely want to come again!", so I gave it 5 stars. I want to eat all the mini bowls someday...😂
