I visited this store during its grand opening for lunch. The ramen was quite delicious, and a welcome alternative to the other big-name Hakata style chains. The flavor and texture completely match the Hakata style, so you won’t be disappointed. It was slightly pricier than you’d expect for the portion size, but it can’t be helped in this economy and I don’t mind paying a little more. The restaurant itself is both clean and modern. Despite the space of the store, it still feels quite roomy and comfortable, not too compact. The service is very fast and professional, so I appreciate being seated and eating quickly. The store currently doesn’t have a dinnertime service, so it’s a little inconvenient to come only at lunch, but I hope they expand their hours soon. Please give it a try, especially if you are looking for Hakata style ramen.
