A ramen shop located in a back street a little north of the Ichinomiya Ogaki Line in Sanjo Shitanda, Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture. This was my first visit with a local, and I was told that the restaurant was once ranked number one in Aichi Prefecture and is always crowded. There was definitely quite a line. The system tells the staff how many people are there before entering the store, and they pay at the ticket vending machine when they enter the store. Hand over your ticket and get a number tag. Water, free rice, and bean sprouts are self-serve. Flavor modulating seasonings are also available in the self-service corner. When your number is called, go to the counter to pick it up. When you finish eating, return it to the lower table corner. I ordered a large serving of Saburo Ramen, which is the most popular. Large portions are also the same price. A bowl of rice topped with rich pork bones and dried sardines. You will be asked if you want to add garlic when you hand over your ticket. The thick noodles will fill your stomach. You can change the taste with fish meal, etc. It's also interesting that the chashu comes in slices and cubes. I ate it all at once while eating self-rice and bean sprouts. A large serving was too much for me. Next time I'll go with the regular size. There are various menu items, and I would like to try the others, and there was also a thin noodle type, so I would like to try that next time. The price was reasonable. The staff are energetic and likable. I'm glad I went to the famous store. Thank you for the meal.

Time passed while I was thinking that I want to eat this shop's "salt ramen" Finally got the chance and today is my first visit 11:25, arrive at the store before opening Park your 4-wheeler at the second parking lot on the west side (next to the Orthopedic Clinic) Even so, it doesn't look like a ramen shop. Enter the store after about 3 customers before the ticket vending machine The only aim is "salt ramen" Hand over the meal ticket to the clerk on the spot and you will be handed a "number tag". The counter seats were filled, so we secured a small table for 4 people. Bean sprouts and rice are self-service I have something to think about, so this time I'm only going to eat ramen Menu on the wall and guide map *Click to enlarge Filled up while waiting to be served All solo customers When the number on the number plate is called, everyone answers "yes" and goes to pick it up. And my number was called "Yes!" Just like in a food court, when you receive your ramen, you prepare your chopsticks and astragalus by yourself. I wondered if I should take "rice" again, but I stopped "Salt ramen (850 yen)" served independently Whole grain-like straight noodles and slightly curly noodles this will be fun to the end The rich flavor of seafood is delicious from the highly transparent soup The straight noodles are chewy and smooth, giving off an air of quality. The slightly curly noodles are light and refreshing to drink. Enjoy the rhythmical chewing accented by chopped onions Both char siu and bamboo shoots add to the value of this bowl. I was able to enjoy "salt ramen" as expected in advance

I used to go there often when I was in Fushimi, but this was my first visit since they moved. Salt ramen is always delicious 😋 This is salt ramen! It is a feeling. More than anything, I was surprised at how interesting the general was!
