Limited edition rich dried sardines are delicious. It's not just dried sardines, you can enjoy it twice as much with chicken hot water. Both noodles and rice are delicious. This has been my favorite ramen restaurant ever since I started living in Nagoya for work🤩🍜 For chicken-based ramen, this is my go-to restaurant that I highly recommend. As the name suggests, their roots are in Saitama, but they are particular about Nagoya Cochin, which is called ``local chicken among local chickens'', and both chicken paitan and chicken seitan are delicious❗️😋 There's also a dried sardine version, and it's absolutely delicious 🤤 A bowl of rice is free at lunchtime❗️🤩🍚

I've eaten various kinds of ramen at hundreds of restaurants across Japan, but this is the only one I visit regularly. First of all, it is an orthodox soy sauce ramen, and the soup is made with a variety of ingredients, so you can enjoy a very complex flavor. I don't think there is anyone who doesn't like the taste of this restaurant. Unless you like very strong flavors, are a big eater, or have different tastes than other people, you will be attracted to the taste of this restaurant. Since it is not a restaurant that uses high-quality ingredients or has a stylish storefront, I have become a regular customer.
