It was definitely better with it in it 😋 The noodles are straight and as thin as somen noodles. I like thin noodles, so this is my favorite. There was one male clerk. They were giving directions and greetings in cheerful voices. He seemed to be the only one working hard, and the other female clerks looked tired. The noodles are extremely thin, chewy, and have a hint of wheat flavor, making them very delicious! The char siu doesn't have any smell, it's meaty and soft, it's the best! The flavored eggs are well seasoned and are also the best! The seaweed is also super delicious when soaking up the soup! Here, substitute balls! Add ginger and spicy mustard greens! Adding ginger increases the sweetness and makes it super delicious! Super spicy mustard greens are quite spicy so be careful! If you put too much in it, you'll feel like you'll choke! ︎ Next time I'll go eat gyoza and fried rice! Also, it was fun to make fried rice using a stirring machine!
