Kasamatsu, Gifu, Japan｜Sakura Ramen Kasamatsu

This place serves delicious red and white miso ramen. I went for the red miso version and a friend opted for the white miso version(he told me it tasted very good so won’t doubt it). The portion sizes are huge even for the normal size bowl, but if you want extra it’s only an additional 200 yen to size up to a large helping of meat and noodles. So all in all great value. It didn’t take long for the food to arrive either so you eat quickly if you are in a rush or take your time like I did. One of the best ramen places in Gifu. I knew it was popular before and understand why after visiting there myself. Worth a visit. 5 stars ⭐️

I loved this place. The flavour is on point and as you can see the serving size is amazing. Their chashu is thinly sliced and tastes amazing, the bowl on the right is just one step up in size.

Two cars arrived in the parking lot. I finally got it in. For the first time in 25 years...(^_^)b This time I ordered special chashu noodles with red miso, gyoza, and rice. Delicious ramen with rich red miso and less sweetness. Moreover, there is a large amount of very thin chashu... (^_^)b Thanks to that, the chashu is soft and you can fully enjoy the flavor of the meat. Even though it was more than I expected, I was able to enjoy it easily. The gyoza is so delicious that you can really taste the meat juice. I think I'll try soy sauce next time (^O^)v
