Eat miso stamina ramen (normal spiciness 1,050 yen) + ninchan large serving (400 yen + 100 yen). I've been to Yakitori Sanjo before, but this was my first time here. When I visited around 1pm on a weekday, there were only a few empty parking spaces. The store was about half empty. Miso Stamina Ramen has thin and soft noodles. The garlic is very fluffy. Plenty of chives and bean sprouts too. The soup is extremely thick and flavorful with garlic. The spiciness is usually so spicy that even children can eat it. You can choose between semi-spicy and extra-spicy for free, so if you like spicy food, I think semi-spicy is fine. Ninchan arrived a little after he finished eating his ramen. As the name suggests, it is full of steamy garlic. The fried rice is oily and the seasoning is light, so it balances well with the ramen soup. Everywhere in the store was covered in oil. It smells like a yakiniku restaurant and makes you cough, but the atmosphere is also nice. Payment is in cash only. There are about 10 parking spaces. R5.10.22 revisited Eat Viet Cong Ramen (900 yen) + Ninh Chan Large Size (500 yen). Last time it was miso. This time it's the default Viet Cong. I guess it's miso stamina after all.

A ramen restaurant located along the Gifu-Su Minami-Ono Line in Kotozuka, Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture. I used to walk past it every now and then when I came here. An affiliated restaurant of Hashima's Yakitori Pork Ramen Sanjo. I used to hear that it was Viet Cong Ramen, but the signboard had changed to Stamina Ramen. Stamina meat ramen Sanjo seems to be official. There are table seats inside the store, but the main seating is at the counter. No ticket machine, verbal order. Accounting will be done after the meal. There are two large menus: Viet Cong Ramen and Miso Stamina Ramen. Other additional menus and other menus are also available. I ordered miso stamina ramen. After you make your request, each dish will be cooked in an iron pot. When I look at it, more than 90% of people add more garlic. Many people choose to have it in large portions or with half chan and nin chan. Everyone, let's eat. I waited for a while, put my phone on my seat, went to the bathroom, and when I came back, my phone wasn't there. Apparently the staff thought it was something they had forgotten. I'm relieved. A bowl of rice topped with garlic flavor. In addition to the special garlic miso, there are lots of fried garlic. Soft noodles with plenty of bean sprouts. Salty soup. I was caught and drank it all, which warmed my body. Comes with power. It's over 1000 yen, so it's not cheap, but it's highly satisfying. In fact, even though it was already past lunch, customers were still coming in one after another. It's a popular store. I'm glad I went. I was satisfied and thank you for the meal.

I saw a certain celebrity eating Viet Cong Ramen on TV when he came to Gifu for an event, and I wanted to eat Viet Cong Ramen for the first time in a while, so I decided to go to Gifu to eat it. As a local, I asked my clients in Gifu what is delicious? When I asked him about it, he said that although he has likes and dislikes, he recommends this Sanjo. I went to Garlic Ramen Sanjo, which is part of this chain, before, and it was so delicious that I kept coming back to it, so I thought that if it was part of that chain, I could definitely go there. I went to the store around 4pm on Friday. *Since the amount of garlic is quite large, the previous garlic ramen smelled even after 3 days, so I decided to order Friday because I thought it would be safe enough to eat on Monday. At this time of the day, there was only one customer, but by the time we started eating, several groups had arrived. Everyone seems to be regulars, and they are very specific about their orders. I had miso garlic ramen and grilled mustard. My partner ordered Viet Cong Ramen and Ninh Cha. Actually, I wanted to order the Viet Cong Ramen as well, but I purposely chose the Miso Garlic so that we could both taste the difference rather than having the same dish. When I tasted and compared the ramen that arrived, I found that the Viet Cong ramen had a relatively light soy sauce flavor, but the garlic and bean sprouts toppings gave it a good accent, making it quite good. Miso garlic, on the other hand, has a much stronger flavor, with a strong salty taste that might raise your blood pressure. However, it wasn't bad at all, it had a punchy taste that was addictive. So, if you eat some Viet Cong ramen and then some miso, both will be delicious, but if you eat some miso and then some Viet Cong ramen, there is a difference that you will feel that it is not enough. The karashi-yaki that I ordered together was called karashi-yaki, but as you can see, it's actually spicy mapo tofu. As the name suggests, the taste is quite strong and punchy, so I couldn't resist ordering rice to eat it with. This was also quite delicious, and the seasoning made me want to drink beer. When I was in Nagoya a long time ago, I ate a lot of Viet Cong Ramen, but when I ate it for the first time in a while, the Viet Cong Ramen had evolved even further and was even more delicious. When I go to a famous ramen shop, I'm sure it's delicious, but once I eat it, I'm satisfied and it's hard for me to come back again, but if I ever come to this shop, I'll definitely try it. It was a ramen with a punch that I thought would be a hit. There is no doubt that this is a restaurant recommended by locals. It was very delicious. It was a feast.
