More Comments at Google MapThe soup is lighter and easier to eat than it looks. Regular ramen also has a lot of chashu, but since the meat is lean, your taste may differ. Personally, I like chewy straight noodles.
Being from Kyoto, I have a congenital part of my brain that controls the Asahi type, so I sometimes find myself craving it.
About 35 years ago, before the current Kirio opened, I used to live near here and used to go there often. I passed by the store last month and noticed that the exterior had been renewed, so I entered the store for the first time in about 30 years. As expected, the current owner may have changed, but the style is the same. The atmosphere is still the same. The ramen is a little less than the Gifu store. The noodles are boiled a little harder than the Gifu store. Impression that the soup is a little soy sauce. It's closer to my home than the Gifu store, so I have a feeling this will be my home from now on. Common to the Ichinomiya store and Gifu store, I thought it would be good to eat it with a lot of finely ground pepper.
