Really delicious ramen. I had a cold shoyu version. The noodles are cold and the shoyu broth you dip it in is hot. It’s mildly spicy ( My stomach cannot handle spicy foods, and this was perfect) .

I visited for the first time in quite some time. Outside of business hours, I misunderstood that the store was closed because the shutter was closed. I visited because I saw the shutters open. The presentation is beautiful here. The soup is neither thick nor thin, just right. I think the last time was just the first day I changed the taste of the soup. I think it is a manifestation of the master's inquisitive mind. I asked for all of them, but the meatballs and wontons were subtle. It was just right when I warmed up with soup and ate it. The char siu, the soup, the thin noodles, and the boiled egg are all my personal tastes, but perhaps I'm looking for a taste that will appeal to everyone, I can't help but feel the punch 💦

I went there for the first time for lunch on a holiday. Although it was late, just before 2 o'clock, it wasn't too crowded and I was able to be seated right away. I ate tanrei soy sauce ramen. Basically, I prefer soy sauce ramen to tonkotsu ramen, so I thought it was delicious. It wasn't too salty and I could really taste the flavor of the soup stock. It contains chopped onions and goes well with soy sauce ramen. The ingredients are similar to the Takeoka ramen I had in Chiba. The char siu also seemed to be grilled in the store before being served, so it was fragrant and delicious. Next time I would like to try the ramen with all the toppings.
