Ogaki, Gifu, Japan｜Tetsumenjurokudaimeogakijomenten

I have been in Japan for 6 years and this is the best tonkotsu ramen I have ever tasted😀

Even though I don't like thin noodles, I enjoyed it. I don't like the taste of soy sauce, so I ordered pork bone salt. A light and creamy soup with no unpleasant flavors that goes well with mustard greens and homemade chili oil! ! In particular, the homemade chili oil has a wonderful nutty flavor and I highly recommend you try it! The set menu at the ticket vending machine was a little difficult to understand. Repeat confirmed.

This is a delicious ramen restaurant. This is a type of store where you pay first with a ticket vending machine. The staff at the restaurant are friendly, the interior is clean, and you can enjoy your meal comfortably. As someone who likes hard noodles, I'm happy to be able to choose the hardness of the noodles. This is a store I would like to visit again. I'll also post photos of the ramen and menu.
