Great ramen with different spice levels. The karage was especially good. Miso ramen was quite delicious. The gyoza was so so. But would recommend it for a good hearty meal. Menu is all in Japanese without pics so would have to be able to navigate that aspect.

This is a restaurant that a colleague brought me to because I wanted to eat tandan noodles. I didn't know where the store was because I always piggybacked on it, but I was finally able to find out. I order tandan noodles every time because they are delicious. For some reason, lunch comes with curry, which is a blessing. It's a spicy combination, but it's just the right amount of spiciness, so it won't affect your work in the afternoon. By the way, you can choose the spiciness of the tandan noodles. 3 is recommended, so I chose 3. I have a strong tolerance for spiciness, so I'd like to try 5 even when I'm not busy with work.

Tantan noodles close to Tento Ramen! (Almost the same?) You can choose the spiciness, so you can adjust it according to your taste. It is often entwined with curly noodles. Meat miso is very delicious. It's a flavor and balance ramen that you can't easily find in Kanto, so when you go back to Gifu, you'll want to eat it. I'm rooting for you!
