I found a place that opens early in the morning for a morning hangover. I went there because it was close to my accommodation and it was a huge success. The owner seems to be doing it alone and the store is not large. The owner was friendly and made a very good impression. A place worth visiting again next time.

The owner is kind and courteous from the moment you enter the store, and since it is a one-off operation, we recommend visiting at a time when you can wait patiently. As instructed, I had to wait a while for the drink to be served, but the glass was brought to me and was worth the wait. As you can see in the photo, the noodles are arranged neatly and you can see that they are carefully made. The soy sauce-based soup has a hint of animal flavor. However, it doesn't taste as light as the guide suggests, and the balance between the richness of the back fat and the flavor of the soy sauce is very good. It's called soy sauce ramen, but it's unusual because it has wood ear mushrooms on it. It's my favorite ingredient, and it has the crunchy texture I expected.
