There is a famous restaurant called Tetsugi Fufu Station in front of the hotel. "Specially made 636 ラーメン" is annotated. ・The flavor of the fish is strong. Delicious shi い. ・麺は小めかな. ・メンマも歯応えがあって delicious しい. A popular ramen restaurant in front of Meitetsu Gifu Station. I ordered "Special Roku-San-Roku Ramen". It has a strong taste of seafood soup. It is delicious. The noodles are thin. The pickled bamboo shoots are chewy and tasty. A popular ramen shop in front of Meitetsu Gifu Station. Ordered the "Special Roku Sanroku Ramen". The ramen soup is very thick and has a fishy smell. delicious. The noodles are very thin. The pickled bamboo shoots (menma) were also delicious and chewy.

Went there last Feb 19, 2023 - Food was delicious. I ordered tsukemen - Service was fast and also staff were accomodating and helpful especially for foreigners in getting our orders - Place is accessible as it is near Gifu station. Walking distance only. Although it can accomodate only small number of people like typical ramen stores in Japan. - Price is also reasonable Overall I would recommend it esp for those who want to eat nearby the station after or before exploring Gifu.

It was 1,010 yen for ramen + large serving. The creamy soup with sweetness and umami was characteristic. There is no odor of dried sardines at all, and everything is gentle and easy to eat without sharp points. The char siu is moderately soft. The menma was soft enough to be loosened rather than crunchy. I've never eaten a similar ramen, and I personally liked the taste, so I gave it 5 stars.
