I ate a special yuzu salt ramen and a fried chicken set. Refreshing ramen and fried chicken go well together. It's filling, but it's not heavy, so it was just right for me in my 40s. was delicious~. The shop is thin and deep like an eel bed. When people walk behind you at the counter, please seat them in front of you.

I had the special yuzu salt ramen + chashu rice bowl set and grilled gyoza. The soup has a strong yuzu aroma and is refreshing and delicious. The noodles are thin, straight noodles that mix well with the soup and are delicious. The char siu had a weak taste and was a bit disappointing. The bean sprouts are crunchy and have a nice texture, making them a great accent. The boiled eggs are perfectly half-boiled and delicious. The chashu rice bowl has a lot of meat and is satisfying. The flavor of the soup that is poured over the rice is a little strong, but the chopped green onions balance it out and make it delicious. The gyoza is delicious with the sweetness of the vegetables. There is no garlic taste. The inside of the store is well-maintained and has a clean feel. The atmosphere is reminiscent of an old Chinese restaurant. However, the aisles are narrow and you may hit the customers in front of you, so you need to be careful. Looks like a perfect way to finish off a drink.

I had never eaten yuzu salt ramen before, so I tried it out of curiosity. I ordered the special ramen and it was a big hit! Even with just salt, it tastes very light, but the addition of yuzu fills your mouth with the delicious aroma of yuzu. The bean sprouts were cut short and the noodles were so thin that I couldn't hold them with chopsticks. It's a shame that it's only in Gifu.
