Gifu, Japan｜麺’s 岐阜清本町店

I love these big fried dumplings. (≧∇≦)b The chewy skin and plenty of meat filling are irresistibly delicious. (^_^)bBefore, they used to have soy sauce ramen, so I used to go there often, but since they didn't have it anymore, I haven't been there for a while. m(_ _)m But I found sesame sauce cold noodles and visited there for the first time in a while. The taste of the sesame seeds was very good, which was completely different from Dandan noodles. The sour sesame sauce and the crunch of the sunny lettuce add to the deliciousness and make it a masterpiece. I'll also go eat some gyoza. (^O^)v

This is my favorite store for a long time. The extra-thick chashu is full of volume and delicious. The pork bone soup with lots of sesame seeds goes perfectly with the vegetables and is addictive.

I have been a repeat customer since the store opened near Kinjinja Shrine in Gifu City more than 30 years ago. Spicy is recommended. I can't eat char siu, so it's nice to have a meatless menu. The ingredients, sunny lettuce and chopped carrots, are also innovative. Sunny lettuce goes well with this ramen. Spicy noodles are one of the choices, but I'd like to try rich spicy soon!
