It's Gifu, but it's deliciousness that hasn't changed since the old days. The clerk's response and the atmosphere of the store are good. You can enjoy it while waiting to change buses. This time, the voice actor Akari Kito is local, so there is a recommended menue (maybe for a limited time), and I received Menma Ramen Set. Menma and green onions are always topped, so it was delicious and worth it. The gomoku rice felt smaller than usual in a bowl, but I'm satisfied. The clam ramen in the photo is only available for a limited time (clams are in season in spring) and was not on the menu today. Is this also for a limited time? Sugakiya Ramen, which has a strong flavor, was on the menu before. Boiled egg is on the egg. There was fried rice for rice. It was fluffy, crispy, and delicious. Today, by mistake, the large portion was served separately, so I moved the ingredients and made it a special children's ramen that was not originally on the menu.

It is one of the few street shops in Sugakiya near Meitetsu Gifu Station. I ordered ramen with meat, and the taste of Sugakiya never changes no matter when I eat it. I withdrew from Kanagawa a long time ago, and recently most of the stores in the eastern part of Shizuoka Prefecture have closed, so I eat there every time I come to the Tokai region.
