I ordered the Taiwan Mazesoba Deluxe. Noodles are thin. I prefer salt mazesoba to Taiwanese mazesoba, but Taiwan mazesoba is also available! It was so delicious that I thought it was. And the amount of chasing rice is more than other stores! Quite satisfied. The salt pork bone was easy to eat without any unpleasant smell. You can also choose the firmness of the noodles.
