I end up passing by this store...I really like it. The host is operating the business alone. I ordered Taiwanese ramen (soy sauce), gyoza, appetizers of chashu, and appetizers of menma, but it was delicious no matter what menu I ordered. The noodles are egg-curled noodles, and the Taiwanese ramen is topped with stir-fried ingredients in a light, deep soup. If you eat well and drink the soup to the end, you will receive a hidden reward... These gyoza are truly gyoza, and the flavor of the meat wrapped in bean paste spreads in your mouth. Depending on the time you visit, the food is often sold out, so if you really want to try it, we recommend arriving a little earlier. The char siu appetizer is truly surprisingly addictive. The char siu served on ramen is simply topped with boiled bean sprouts and topped with soy sauce to your taste. But you'll wonder why it's so delicious. If you have two or more people who can share, we highly recommend the Taiwanese rice bowl. There are fewer and fewer restaurants like this these days, but the rhythmic sound of the wok being shaken and the sound of the train interlocking at times makes it a very pleasant place to wait for your meal. Another attractive feature is the gentle personality of the host, who maintains an appropriate distance.

It was worth paying off 20% of Gifu City's PayPay and coming to Kintaro in Kasamatsu-cho. Delicious as ever!! ️ anyway it's delicious!! ️ The thin curly noodles, chili peppers, garlic, and carefully prepared bean sprouts really go together perfectly. The dote rice is a little sweet and spicy, which is a nice accent. Taiwanese ramen with the same richness that hasn't changed for 25 years...Thank you for the meal♪

I ate Taiwanese ramen and it was served quickly. There aren't many ingredients, like hawk claws, but it's not too spicy and tastes good. It's a good level if you think of it as a food stall type.
