Yatomi, Aichi, Japan｜Appare Yatomi

I had ramen and vegetables for lunch (free lunch). I'm a relatively good eater, but this was just enough to fill me up. I was debating whether to make the noodles 3-baka (300g) until the last minute, but I made the right decision to make them 3-baka (300g). I went around 11:30 and there was already a line. The soup had a good taste and the noodles were well seasoned and very delicious. I would like to go again if I have a chance.

I ordered the Toro Cartilage Salt Mixed Soba. An incredible amount! ! However, even with the addition of back fat, it is delicious without being too rich.

Out of all the Jiro-kei I've been to, I like it the most. *I haven't done much, but... Ramen is very thick noodles, it is quite chewy and does not grow even if you eat it. Mazesoba is also recommended. At lunchtime, the vegetable della platter is free.
