More Comments at Google MapAwarded by Michelin as one of the best Ramen in Japan. Ordered their Speciality Ramen (Tokusei-Ramen) which is 1200 yen. The fine texture of their sliced pork is so tender and you can feel the richness taste of their Fish Broth Ramen Soup. They also have free parking space which is convenient if you come by car. Recommend to everyone who loves eating Ramen!
I came to the shop because my friend works here and they recently had some new coverage on TV. Although it's a usual thing in Japan I was still surprised to see so many people lined up outside. It was a very clean and organized restaurant. The entire staff was extremely friendly. I ordered the specialty "Nageyari ramen with a side of white rice. On first impressions the taste was that of a smoky flavor. Needless to say the ramen was excellent and the bamboo was exceptional! I don't think I've ever had a piece of bamboo that tasted as good. The chashu was exquisite too. I'm not a big meat eater and I don't really like a lot of fat, but this shops chashu was meaty, juicy, and full of flavor. 10 out of 10 I'll definitely be visiting again.
Very very good. Amazing!
