Superb tonkutsu ramen👍👍👍

<2023/9/27> It didn't seem to be open at night, so I went there for lunch for the first time in a while. It was delicious and reminded me of the authentic tonkotsu ramen I had when I used to go to Fukuoka often about 20 years ago. I think the shape of the noodles goes well. The fried rice is also crispy and perfect. I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that this is the restaurant where you can eat the most delicious tonkotsu ramen in Gifu (lol) It's a small shop, but it has a nice atmosphere, and you can clearly see that everyone is enjoying their food.

Tonkotsu ramen is probably misunderstood as Hakata ramen, lol
