Seki, Gifu, Japan｜Edoichi

I stop by every time on my way home from snowboarding from Osaka. The owner's way of talking is very cute and very amiable, so you can eat comfortably and go home! Miso butter corn ramen and soy sauce butter corn ramen are very delicious! (Second menu) I've been going there since it's from a local ramen shop.

I ordered salt ramen. It's an old-fashioned salt ramen with a light flavor, but it had a strong taste and was refreshing. It's also more filling than I expected, and the price is reasonable, so I highly recommend it.

I've been a fan since my first visit 22 years ago when I was introduced to it by a senior. My favorite is definitely ``Miso Tsukemen.'' With the recent tsukemen boom, there are some tsukemen with a rich miso sauce, but back in 1998, it had a taste like no other. The dipping sauce of stir-fried bean sprouts and wild vegetables with miso soup wasn't particularly unusual, but I was hooked. I'm surprised that the basic price (tax included) of 630 yen remains almost the same. My Favorite is a large serving with extra char siu for 980 yen.
