Amazingly good ramen.

A famous local ramen shop located a little outside of the city in Wataru, Seki City, Gifu Prefecture. I had voted for the restaurant that won first place in the Ramen Grand Prix the other day, so I really wanted to go there, so I was aiming for it on my business trip to Gifu. Arrived around 1:30pm on weekdays. There is also a parking lot available in front of the store. There was also a poster for the 1st place Grand Prix winner. When you enter the store, there is a ticket vending machine on the left side. Rich shrimp miso ramen was the winning menu, but since it was my first visit, I ordered the regular special shrimp soba and small rice. 1150 yen. I took a seat at the counter where the staff placed water. Three people were running it. The number of customers was quite calm since it was past its peak. Please note that you can get a large bowl of noodles for free for lunch. The special topping for the chakudon is all on top. Double char siew, half a seasoned egg, thick menma, seaweed, and vegetables. The noodles are straight and the soup is on top. The aroma and flavor of the shrimp seems to come later. It's rich. There are two types of chashu: cartilage type, which is rare, and shoulder roast. Both were original and different from other stores. Halfway through, alternate between rice and soup. move on. What I noticed is that you can order ramen zosui for free. Most customers asked for it. I think this is a good way to enjoy the soup without leaving any leftovers. Before I knew it, I had eaten it all, and the shrimp flavor and richness remained in the aftertaste. I'm glad I was able to stop by somehow. There were other menus and lunch sets, so I would definitely like to try those next time. I'm glad I visited your famous store. I was satisfied and thank you for the meal.

A store I've been interested in for a while Two of us went and ordered shrimp soba with cartilage egg, Shirakamidon, and shrimp soba set. The soup is a seafood soup with a strong shrimp flavor that you won't find anywhere else. Cartilage char siu (?) So soft that you can eat it as is. The finished ramen was very delicious. It's posted at the entrance, but I think people with shrimp allergies should avoid it. I want to order Tsukemen next time I go.
