Gifu, Japan｜Chirimentei Gifu Nagamori

I've known about this store for a long time, but this was my first visit. To be honest, I went there with no expectations at all, so I was disappointed in a good way. I ordered a set of kiwami soy sauce ramen, mini chashu rice bowl, and vegetable gyoza. The ramen had a seafood-based broth that made you want to drink up the soup. The flavorful char siu was nice, and there was also a little bit of yuzu, which wasn't overpowering. The char siu bowl is the perfect size to accompany ramen. The vegetable gyoza was also refreshing and easy to eat. The staff's customer service is good, and it's interesting that it's connected to Mos Burger. Repeat.

I hadn't been in this ramen shop for a long time, so I decided to go and see it out of curiosity. I honestly went without any expectations. I ordered the char siu noodles, I also ordered vegetable gyoza! The char siu men was very simple, but the taste was solid and I really liked it! I also ate vegetable gyoza for the first time. It was very nice and had a nice taste. I bought a shake on the way home because it is also connected to the next Moss! this will go again

On weekday nights, I sometimes stop by after work, and no matter what ramen I eat, it's delicious. I always make it a set with grated yam rice. It is also helpful that they are open until late at night. I often visit after 22:00, but it is often crowded with customers.
