I don't know the definition of Ezo ramen, but it feels like old-fashioned soy sauce ramen. I thought it wouldn't be that crowded, but there were a lot of elderly customers and everyone wanted to sit on the chairs, so there was a line in no time! If you have healthy knees, sit in a tatami room! lol I was sitting normally, so I hurriedly ate and opened my seat. I wanted to eat more slowly, so next time I'll sit in a tatami room. I'm interested in miso ramen. I will visit again!

Ezo ramen for the first time in a while. I've been coming here since the old store when I'm nearby. Ezo ramen is so-called soy sauce ramen. A stable and nostalgic taste. The noodles are chijire noodles. Even though the nameshi is small, it's enough to fill a bowl, so it's quite filling. Shio ramen and miso ramen contain a lot of cabbage, bean sprouts, and wood ear mushrooms, so they are quite filling even on their own.
