Ramen is surprisingly straightforward Chinese soba. Simple but the soup and char siu are super high level. Transparent chicken bone soy sauce with no cloudy soup and no unpleasant taste. On the other hand, it was not bland, and I drank it completely without thinking. The char siu is so soft that it can be loosened with chopsticks. Plenty of pork flavor. Noodles are medium-thin curly noodles that are just like commercially available noodles. To be frank, I think the noodles are a bonus in this restaurant's ramen. If you want to drink simple chicken bone soy sauce soup, you should definitely visit.
