This is a ramen shop that has been a big hit after a long time. This time, I ate all of the tsukemen, and the homemade noodles had the best texture and went well with the soup, and the service to reheat the dipping sauce was good, and it stayed piping hot until the end. The last portion of the soup came out piping hot and I was very satisfied.To finish off the meal, I added rice to the soup and made it into a rice porridge.It was a bowl that I never got tired of until the end.

I wanted to eat ramen for lunch, so I went to Torisen, which I had been interested in for a while. This is a ramen shop that mainly serves hot noodles. Since it was my first time there, I ordered Tori Soba Salt Ramen with everything on it🍜 It was a delicious ramen that was rich and rich but not addictive 🥰 There seems to be a great lunch set available on weekdays 🎵 This is a store I would like to stop by when I go to Minokamo again 😊

I was debating between having soup and no soup, but I like it a little spicy so I chose "Aesoba". The noodles are medium-thick straight noodles made from whole grain flour, and the portion feels a little large. Mild with homemade chili oil, just the right amount of spiciness that makes you want water after a few sips. The menma tastes great and the rare char siu is irresistible. TKG is Gujo's local eggs and Kujo green onions? I don't know if it was the local flavor, the local egg flavor, or the secret ingredient, but it had a distinctive taste and was delicious.
