Kani, Gifu, Japan｜Ichibanken Kani

The staff- they are warm and welcoming. They interact well with customers, as for my experience. The place- looks neat and clean. During the pandemic, they strictly follow social distancing. The food- I could say that it's one of the best in town. The serving size is perfect in my opinion, not too big and not too small. It could get crowded but you'll get served in the end anyway. The parking area is spacious enough.

I visited in Spring. It felt wonderful as soon as I stepped in. Food was superb, and the place was immaculate.

I ate ramen here 2 years ago and it was AWESOME!!! Whenever I think going back to Kani to visit my relatives I remember the garlicky taste of the ramen. I wish the covid will be over soon so I can travel again and eat lots of ramen 🙂 I am craving for more 🤩
