More Comments at Google MapI go every week. I think this is the best ramen restaurant in this area. It is not the ``cement type'' ramen with thick dried sardines that is common in dried sardines ramen, but a very polite and elegant ramen. It gets very crowded at lunchtime, so we recommend lining up 15 minutes before the store opens. Or if you go on a Sunday night, it's empty. You will be happy if you also order ``Aedama'', which is an evolution of Kaedama! The char siu is also an exquisite dish that can only be eaten here! Recommended anyway!
It opens at 11:30 in the afternoon, so even though I got there at 11:20, there were already 16 people in line! I waited about 45 minutes before eating because it was a one-op operation with 8 seats at the counter. However, there is only waiting! You should eat not only ramen but also aedama (kaedama)! You can also use it as mixed soba! You can also use it as a substitute! Anyway, everything on the menu had a solid flavor and was really delicious! Delicious even online! I'm glad I went because it was written ~ 😊
I run an orthopedic clinic next to Mr. Kohaku! Since it's next door, I'm often in the way. This ramen has a strong flavor of dried sardines, and it's an irresistible taste for seafood lovers! Both Nibo Ramen and Shio Nibo Ramen are so delicious that it's hard to say which is better.😄 Also, it's more filling than it looks, so I think even men can get a feeling of fullness! For those who want to eat a lot, there is another delicious Aedama! There are various seasonings, so please try it!
