The second generation Shirakami of Seki City finally opened a store on the national highway roadside in Kakamigahara. This is my favorite Gifu tonkotsu ramen. It's not Kyushu's (in a good way) smelly tonkotsu, but carefully processed creamy mellow tonkotsu. It also sticks well to thin noodles. Normal Hakata Ramen is 780 yen, Mentaiko Morimori's mentaiko rice is 150 yen, and you can get 1 free Kaedama! What's more, you get unlimited refills of regular rice and delicious kimchi for free...it's amazing. It's a little difficult to go to the store in Seki City, so I think I'll be coming here again and again. Thank you for the meal.

There is a large shared parking lot, so there is no problem. There are about 10 seats at the counter and 3 box seats, so I think it's easy for families to come. I wonder if the pilopiro noodles don't go well with this dipping soup... The taste was good and all the toppings were very luxurious. If you put rice on it, you can make a bowl. I thought it was delicious and ate it normally, but when I ate the tonkotsu at another store, I realized how delicious Mr. Nidaime was, so I will correct my evaluation!
