The soup is made with black chili oil, and has a different flavor and richness than tandan noodles, making it addictive. It may be a little thick, but it's extremely hot, so be careful. It seems that the bean sprouts are also stir-fried in the soup. The soup was delicious without being diluted by the moisture from the bean sprouts. The noodles are medium-thick straight noodles that go well with the soup and are delicious. The chili oil in the chili oil rice is very delicious, and there is no doubt that there is a restaurant that serves delicious chili oil. I bought it on the way home. It costs 700 yen with a bottle, and it costs 550 yen if you bring your own bottle.If you don't use chopsticks, it will last about 3 weeks.
