Well blend of shoyu and tonkotsu broth at the same time, the noodles has a slight firm texture and i love that there is a pieces of shallot as well 💕

This is my favorite shop in the Gifu Tono area 🥰 Anyway, no matter what menu you eat, you will find that it is carefully made and has a wonderful sense of delicate taste! The tsukemen, in particular, is a delicacy with thick noodles that have a rich aroma and flavor that you won't find anywhere else. The white soy sauce soba on the regular menu is delicious, but the wonton soba is even more delicious.

It looks like a ramen shop that sells Viet Cong ramen. The spiciness can be adjusted to "none", so it's great for people who don't like spicy food. I think it's completely different compared to Viet Cong ramen shops like Shinkyo and Kouraku. I don't think it's suitable for seeking that kind of stimulation. Personally, the soup, noodles, and ingredients were delicious. The ultra-thin curly noodles also fit personally. I ate salt Viet Con soba + large serving of vegetables, but the food was purely delicious, so I would like to try a different menu. 2023/8/10Reopened with a new name. After all it is delicious, so I want to go there.
