The best ramen i ever had! This is my third time coming here and it never disappoint

2023.5.18 Lunch Large Tsukemen with flavored egg…1180 yen, Mini Charshu bowl…380 yen Returned from a business trip for the first time in 4 years and 8 months. The group now has a total of seven stores in three Tokai prefectures, and will open a store in Aeon Mall in 2022. This Tajimi store was opened as the third store. Even with just 450g of noodles before boiling, the noodles are so delicious that you can't help but slurp them up.The use of sourness is exquisite. Although the base is light, the oil and fat and seasonings are cleverly designed to ensure a strong affinity with the noodles. Although it is labeled as a mini bowl, the rice bowl is equivalent to a large serving and is very filling.

The soup made with seafood soup is delicious! The char siu was grilled and had a nice aroma. The inside of the store is not large because payment is made in advance, but the customer turnover was good.
