Tajimi, Gifu, Japan｜Butakin Ramen

It's usually delicious. I often come to Gifu for work, probably once every two weeks. I went to eat there for the third time today, My favorite is the Butakin Soy Sauce Ramen. I added more meat, but it's a bit heavy on the stomach for people around 30 years old. Still, I want to eat it again. The owner is very friendly and I think this ramen will appeal to everyone. I would like them to open a branch in Nagoya too 😺

I visited during lunch time. It's a meal ticket system. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is calm. There was also a tatami room. When you go to your seat, the waiter will ask you what toppings you would like. Thank you. Full of Butakin Ramen, I asked for it with vegetables, no garlic, and fried egg. Thick noodles with flavorful soup, The vegetables were crunchy and the meat was soft and delicious. Personally, I think it was the right choice to have fried balls and fish meal toppings. When you mix them together, the taste changes and you can enjoy them even more. Also, it seems like a small bowl of rice is free at lunchtime, so the staff member went out of his way to bring it to me. It was very filling and very satisfying. I visited once in May and got a Butakin membership sticker (certificate), so I used that privilege to order ``Spicy Mince''. The meat was tender and all delicious. The staff's response is very pleasant. A shop with a good atmosphere is definitely nice!
