Tajimi, Gifu, Japan｜Arashi Tajimi

Visited for the first time. I ordered Taiwanese Mazesoba. I'm glad that the Taiwanese Mazesoba was mildly spicy, which was just right for me, who doesn't like spicy food. The rice was free, and it was delicious until the end. The standard Mazesoba seems to have chashu in it, so I think I'll order that next time. This is the perfect Mazesoba♪

The shop always has the image of being run by a woman who looks a bit scary. However, the mazesoba is exquisite! It's so good that I think it's the most delicious in the mazesoba world!

I had the Taiwanese mazesoba. Arashi's Taiwanese mazesoba was not too salty, just a little spicy, and was very delicious. There were more noodles than I expected and I was full (^o^)
