It caught my eye based on the reviews and I decided to give it a try. An old man runs the business by himself, and when I asked him how old he was, he said he was 83 years old! ️It's been 50 years this way. First, I had miso char siu with lots of garlic. There was plenty of chashu made with 100% safe and domestic pork. The pork we use for our gyoza is also domestically produced. I guess it's the old man's obsession. I also heard that soy sauce was recommended, so I had the soy sauce ramen next. Both dishes are prepared right in front of you, giving you a lively feel that will make you want to eat even more. The inside of the restaurant will be full with about 8 people, but don't worry, there are chairs and tables outside. Apparently it's open all year round.

My father's recommended soy sauce ramen was too delicious! The taste was too perfect 💯💮 Being able to see the food being made right in front of me was a nice touch! smile Lunch is free and it's too big! Well, if I had to say one thing, I wanted a tissue 🧻 lol Next time I'll eat miso or stamina ramen~

It's a small shop, so you can see the food being made right in front of you, which makes it even more delicious. Although the store is old, it is well maintained and the cleanliness is good. The soup is delicious and the noodles are soft, I like them♪ The char siu was even more delicious and I was surprised ☆ It was my first time to have such delicious char siu.
