A ramen shop located on the side street behind Route 21 in Nakasumiyoshi-cho, Kakamigahara City, Gifu Prefecture. I had previously asked a business partner if they recommended it and added it to their favorites list. I didn't have a chance to stop by, but a business partner took me there today as he was going to be nearby. Around 2pm on weekdays. The peak lunch time should have ended, but there were still many customers waiting in the store. They came to the store one after another after us. The two of them were in charge, and they were guided at unique times. There were signs posted all over the store telling people to speak quietly, so I was careful, but the customer service was cheerful and polite. There are about 10 counter seats inside the store. It's very well maintained. There used to be a shop nearby, but they moved here about three years ago. After a long wait, I was guided to a seat and ordered. Salt ramen and lunch chashu bowl. Weekday lunch special: 50 yen off rice bowls. Total 1000 yen. It was said that salt was the best choice for the rice bowl, but it was definitely delicious. There are no salty edges and it is mellow. It has a seafood flavor, and is a type of ramen that I've never had before. The noodles are also smooth and delicious. The only ingredients are grilled pork belly, thick menma, and green onions. A well-balanced cup. Special mention goes to the chashu rice bowl, which is a loosened type dish that will make you addicted to it. It was so delicious that I wanted a second helping. If you let us know when you order that you would like a receipt, we will prepare one for you. Thank you. Kakamigahara is said to be a hot spot for ramen, but I was overwhelmed with emotion as I was suddenly taken to an amazing restaurant. It may be difficult to go alone, but they also have soy sauce, miso, spicy noodles, and tsukemen, so I'd like to go there again if I have the chance. I was very satisfied and thank you for the meal.

2023.5.9 Lunch Charshu Tsukemen Soy Sauce Large Size…1350 yen, Charshu Bowl…150 yen (weekday price) I went back for the first time in about a year and a half, and this is the first time I've seen this product in 7 years since before the move. It's been almost 3 years since we moved here, but even without social media accounts in this day and age, we're still thriving. Then I saw a sign announcing the opening of a blog, which is rare these days. Now you can check store holidays online, which is a great move for long-time fans. Now, although the basic structure of this product remains the same, the decorations have been removed to reveal the flavor of the base even more. Furthermore, the noodles have the best water-holding capacity of any I've eaten since the move, and have a really smooth texture. The char siu bowl is already a great deal, and on weekdays it's an extra 50 yen off.

Salt tsukemen and salt ramen are popular. I always eat salted tsukemen and it's really delicious. I don't usually eat small portions, but since it's a large portion, half a serving of noodles is just right. If it's a weekday, I'd order ③ less rice.
