Minokamo, Gifu, Japan｜末広飯店

The set is full of volume. I go there once in a while, but every time I go, I feel that the depth and quantity of the flavor are slightly different. Since it is an individual handmade shop, errors may occur, but I want you to suppress them. There are people with bad reviews, but they probably went on the wrong day. Looking at the picture, some people may feel that the portion is small, but in reality the plate is large, so the portion is large. The inside of the store is mostly Japanese-style, so if you don't want to order soup, you may want to take out. I don't think there are many restaurants around here where you can eat Nagasaki Champon and Sara Udon, so it's a valuable restaurant.

My personal recommendation is sara udon! If you make a set, you will be very satisfied with rice, fried food and salad.

The husband and wife manage the dishes together. The wife is friendly and the husband works hard to make the champon. The champon had lots of toppings and was delicious. The meat miso bowl was also delicious.
