The tsukemen was delicious. Taishoken is a famous tsukemen restaurant in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, but I didn't think it was also available in Gifu. Tsukemen these days are popular for their strong taste, but they have a nostalgic taste that you will never get tired of. I lived in Tokyo for a long time, so soy sauce-based flavors fit well with me. The noodles are a little soft, so next time I go I'll try ordering them harder. There are only 4 to 5 parking spaces, so it's best to arrive right after the store opens.
