I found this shop by chance while searching for a map on Solo Two. The store has a beautiful exterior and is located in a place that you can't reach unless you visit it in a pinpoint manner. I simply wanted salt ramen so I ordered it. The soup was thick and delicious from the first bite, the menma was long and had a nice texture, the char siu was delicious, and the green onions were delicious and didn't smell bad. A small bowl of rice was free at lunch. The customer service was also very friendly. It's a restaurant that leaves a positive impression on everything from its exterior, cleanliness, taste, and customer service, and I would like to tell my friends about it. The boss of the house ordered miso ramen and chashu rice bowl this time, and I ate the classic 🍜 salt ramen extra serving. 🍜 Miso ramen is also delicious and recommended ♪ But 🍜 the standard is the extra serving of salted ramen 😅 🚗🅿️ There is also a parking lot, so it is also recommended for 🏍️ touring from the Seto area 🙂

Addendum 2023.5.6 This time I had the recommended spicy miso ramen. This is also delicious. I use slightly thicker noodles to match the miso. All of the ramen were hard to beat. I received a large serving of salt ramen with everything on it. I want to eat it again. The atmosphere of the shop is good and it feels like women can easily enter. I wonder if it was even listed in the Michelin Guide? Something like that was displayed at the cash register. The soup was refreshing and had a strong dashi stock, which I thought would be particularly appealing to women. I ordered a large bowl, but I think it would be a good idea for men to order something else as just one bowl of ramen won't fill them up.
