I was terrified when a legendary restaurant from Tajimi suddenly appeared like a comet in my hometown Toki. When I passed in front of the store near the opening time on the opening day, I put up with going in a large line of over 40 people on that day. When I went past 7:00 the next day, there were already several people lined up. That means people start lining up before 7am. I expect that this trend will continue for a month from the opening date. No, maybe it lasts for a few months? However, it is a shop worth entering even if you line up. I've lived in Toki for a long time, but I've never seen or seen such a long queue. After all, the high name recognition of the Tajimi era is something to behold. It's an easy-to-understand location at the foot of Toki General Hospital, but to be honest, this area is in the countryside, so I didn't think that famous store would come to such a remote (rude) place😅 I thought it might be possible to hear BUKKO, but I was surprised at the real thing. I did 😱 Although the introduction has become longer, I ordered a bowl of tsukemen lined up, but the noodles are very thick and chewy udon-like noodles. The soup contained something that seemed to be red cabbage, but I have a good feeling about putting healthy ingredients in it, which is the same as when I was in Tajimi. I remember it was spinach when I was in tajimi. Also, when I was in Tajimi, it was a rich type, but it has changed to a light type, and I think that this has become a taste that appeals to women. Toro Toro char siu is still alive and reminds me of those days. Bukkake char siu is reddish soft meat and feels like a thick version of roast beef. Boiled eggs also remind me of those days. Everything is completed. Next time, I will have the fish soup stock. I was happy that you came near my Tsumaki ☺️ Thank you for a wonderful meal 👍 postscript I think it's easy to sell out of Bukkori for a while after opening, so if you want to eat Bukkori, I think you should go early 😊

Arrived around 10:15 on Thursday. The parking lot next to the store was already full and there was a line of about 20 people. The rice bowl arrives around 12:10. There are many temporary closures, so please check on Instagram. If the parking lot is full, you can ask the staff and they will direct you to another parking lot, but I didn't know that and parked at a general hospital about a 5-minute walk away. I don't recommend it because it's parking for a different purpose. It was hard to believe that it was a weekday, but the staff knew the number of people in advance and collected food tickets, so I think customer service was smooth considering the store's capacity. However, it was a little difficult to share a table with two people. I was asked if it was OK to share a seat, but I agreed as I didn't want to disrupt the operation. The person in the back of the photo is not Tsure... but a stranger in red. I thought it would be less stressful if I had just one partition board, but since it has just opened, I guess I don't have to worry about it that much. The most important part, the tsukemen, is a masterpiece that is well worth the wait. While you can feel the flavor of the pork bones, there is no odor at all and you can't stop eating it with your chopsticks. If you like tsukemen, why not come here once as the taste is something you can't get unless you come here?

It was really good. Soup is the best! The noodles are only chilled, but the noodles are also the best. I'm glad I ordered the bukko mori as well. Boiled eggs and rare char siu are also perfect. Menma was tasteless.
