I ordered chashu noodles. This is an unusual ramen made with flounder soup stock, but it was easy to eat and had no taste. I was also interested in the other menu items, so I want to go again when I have time. The atmosphere of the store is retro and can be addictive.

Located in Seto City, a Japanese heritage site, visit Kiseto-san, full of Showa era vibes. Actually, I visited yesterday, but it was a closed day, so I couldn't see it. 😅 I entered the store at around 11:40, right after it opened. There was no one else and I was the first one😄 I took a self-service cold towel and towel and took a seat. While I was waiting for my order of chashu noodles, I looked around, it had a Showa feel to it, and I looked closely at the desk, which was a connected wooden desk for two people that I used to use when I was in elementary school. This is nostalgic. The store was filled with the owner's hobbies and was a fun space for me, a member of the Showa era. The BGM was also played by Hamashu, and as a Hamashu fan, I was so happy to be able to listen to it while eating ramen😆It took a while for the rice bowl to arrive, and I had some freshly made mackerel sushi. This also contains ginger and is delicious 😋 After all, this is a sushi restaurant 🤣 Ramen 🍜 came out. First, take a bite of the soup, yum! ️This is a soup with a taste you've never had before. Is this the kind of ramen that a sushi restaurant makes?😂It's a soup with plenty of fishy flavor😉However, unlike Sumashijiru, it's completed as a ramen soup, and I personally think it's addictive. The noodles are medium-thin, slightly curly, and yellow in color, giving it a Showa-era feel.
