Soba with Hida beef was yummy!!

I will definitely stop by when I come to Gero. It's a long-established store and is always crowded. Chuka soba is a simple, old-fashioned ramen. Straight noodles made with dried sardines and thicker than Takayama ramen. It's a little soft. It's refreshing and delicious. There was no kamaboko in it today. Fried rice has a slightly sweet flavor. I also order this every time. Is the taste a little different than before? Are you changing the recipe little by little? The surprise this time was the addition of fried yakisoba as a new menu item. It used to be available, but it was off the menu for a while. I haven't been able to eat Kadoya since it closed, but I had it for the first time in a while. It was delicious.

The restaurant has an old-fashioned rustic feel, with a relaxing atmosphere that will make you feel at ease. I ordered chicken soba and mushroom soba, and both the soup stock and noodles were delicious. ⤴️
