It's a rich shrimp ramen that feels like (・∀・) It's a low-water content noodle, so you can eat a lot. Gyoza also became a gravy sauce (laughs). It was delicious! I want Nagaoka, or at least Kashiwazaki, to advance into the Chuetsu area! !
