More Comments at Google MapOrder chashumen and flavored eggs! Since it's located near a fruit and vegetable market and fresh fish market, I thought it would be seafood-based ramen, but it turned out to be Joetsu tonkotsu-style ramen! And it's quite delicious! The soup, which has a strong meaty flavor, goes well with the rare-tasting pork siu, which has a strong flavor and meaty texture. It was a very well-made ramen with a soup that went well with the noodles and you couldn't help but gulp it down! The flavored eggs were also very crunchy and flavorful and quite delicious. I think it's a restaurant that you won't get bored of because they have limited menus from time to time. This time I had miso and spicy miso, I definitely want to try them! I thought it would be a good store if it was rated better (´▽` )
There is a ticket system, and there are only 10 seats at the counter and 6 seats inside the store, and the turnover seems to be quick, so if you can get in, you won't have to wait long. Water is self-serve. I ordered ramen (tonkotsu soy sauce?). I thought it was carefully made. While there are many salty restaurants, this one was good. Although the small size of the store and short business hours are difficult, I would like to come again.
Char siu like moist roast pork There's something...a faint bitter smell... It soaks into me! and… A refreshing soup with strong flavor... It soaks in... ...to me! That sucker I mentioned before... Nandaked... The composition of the old man is...60% water... And... 30% is chivalry... The rest… Kindness... And regret... And fat... Something… The bitter aroma amidst the umami... Capture the old man... And salty... And fat...
