Joetsu, Niigata, Japan｜ラーメン大将 幸来軒

This is an old-fashioned ramen shop located in a residential area. One small raised area, two tables for six people, and six counter seats. My mother, who has a kind atmosphere, runs the restaurant by herself. They carefully completed each order one by one. This time I received tanmen. The noodles were cooked in a wok together with the soup until they were boiled, and the umami and gentle salty flavor of the vegetables was delicious. After eating, it seemed to be the custom for regulars to put their dishes on the counter and go home. It's a one-time surgery, so that's good (^^)

I used it around 12pm on a Saturday. It seemed like there were a lot of local regulars. It tasted like good old ramen, but it wasn't particularly delicious, so I didn't think it was worth going all the way to.

delicious. Today's lunch was Ramen Taisho Koraiken, a ramen shop in front of the official residence where I used to live in Joetsu Takada. Put char siu on tanmen!! ️ homemade noodles with homemade char siu!! ️ It is a famous store that represents Joetsu. The soup is also delicious 😋
