Joetsu, Niigata, Japan｜中華そば 立川

When I passed by around noon on a holiday, there were quite a lot of cars parked there, so I stopped by at 4pm after touring the tourist facilities. I'm glad it's a restaurant that doesn't have a lunch break! This is a store where you can order meal tickets. I ordered light ramen and rich chashu. Although it was light, it had a rich flavor and was delicious with the thin noodles. The richness wasn't too heavy and was neutralized by the bean sprouts, and the char siu was delicious. Halfway through, I added pepper and raw garlic to change the taste. I didn't mind the slightly sticky feeling at the store.

I passed by and intuitively entered. At the entrance, bags of flour are piled up, and that alone is a great expectation ❗️I wanted to eat Toyama Black, so I bought Tachikawa Black, not Toyama, at the ticket vending machine. Other than that, there was something to be said about it. Black is thin noodles, and the soup has a rich and deep taste.

I came here out of inspiration on my way to the ski resort. Any flavor you like. Although I chose a rich dish, it was surprisingly light and easy to eat, and the noodles were thick and hand-made and very good. I like medium-thick noodles, so if the noodles were a little thinner, it would have been perfect for me.
