The soup is a bit salty, so I feel like having rice would make for an even better ramen experience, but if the owner says they won't serve it, it can't be helped. I ordered miso ramen. Curly noodles with medium thickness, smooth and chewy. I also want to eat traditional Joetsu ramen. I revisited. The restaurant was full within 20 minutes of opening. I had the soy sauce ramen this time. The texture of medium-thick curly noodles is perfect. Soup too 👌 The chef who cooks in a white coat without a single stain is also a good impression! ️

A long-established store of Joetsu pork bone ramen, which is Joetsu local ramen. There is no rice or gyoza provided with one ramen. Curly noodles that are smooth yet elastic are the best.
